3-Day Return Window: If you are not completely satisfied with your rug within 3 days of receiving it, you may return it for a full refund. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs and insurance. Contact us to initiate the return process. If we do not hear from you within three days of delivery, the sale will be considered final.
International Customers: For customers located outside the USA, you will be responsible for all shipping, insurance, local duty, and VAT charges. We are here to assist you with any questions regarding international orders.
