Shipping Policy
Arsin Rug Gallery’s shipping policy for domestic and international orders, with separate coordination available for designers and other commercial clients.
Domestic shipping
Arsin offers free shipping on orders within the United States. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, and most domestic deliveries arrive within 5–7 business days.
International shipping
International orders over $10,000 qualify for free shipping. Orders below that threshold carry a flat $200 charge to cover shipping and insurance, with final costs confirmed before dispatch. Typical delivery timing is 7–14 business days for Europe and 10–20 business days for other international destinations.
Tracking and delivery
Once an order ships, Arsin provides a tracking number by email so delivery can be followed directly through the carrier.
Import duties and taxes
For international orders, the recipient is responsible for import duties, taxes, and any fees imposed by local agencies.
Trade and commercial orders
Designers, dealers, and other commercial buyers may have different shipping arrangements. Contact the team directly to confirm project-specific terms.
