Return Policy
Arsin Rug Gallery’s return policy for private consumers, including the return window, process, international handling, and final-sale conditions.
Three-day return window
Private consumers may request a return within three days of receiving a rug. If Arsin does not hear from the customer within that window, the sale is considered final.
Return process
To start a return, contact Arsin with the order number and reason for the return. Once approved, Arsin provides shipping instructions. Return shipping and insurance are the customer’s responsibility.
Refund timing
After the rug is received and confirmed to be in original condition, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
International customers
International customers also have a three-day return window, but remain responsible for shipping, insurance, local duty, and VAT charges.
Final-sale conditions
Sales are final when a rug has been resized or custom-modified, when damage occurs while the rug is in the buyer’s possession, or when a delivery cannot be completed and the rug is returned because no one was available to receive it.
Before requesting a return
If a rug arrives with a carrier issue or visible damage, notify both the carrier and Arsin immediately so the claim can be handled correctly.
